To expand on this with some small context albeit way older than the Romans. Egyptians gave the Peleset land in the Levant. There is an incredible documentary by Pete Kelly (History Time) on youtube. Well worth the watch. Another great video he did about the Akkadians called The first Empire. He also did a great video about the Hittites. His whole channel is a goldmine of knowledge of the ancient world.

Any way the ancient world is filled with peoples from all over, moving around. Trade was a major factor. War was another. People from all over the Mediterranean and beyond mixed knowledge, their trades, their crafts, blood on battlefields and likely genes. Probably long before there was a written word pressed in clay.

If you have tens of thousands of bookmarks saving all that metadata would be unfeasible.

I did a search for addons that would do what you want but no luck. Found a superuser post from 13 years ago and that yielded nothing.

You could write a Python script to parse your bookmarks for the strings your looking for using requests, os and maybe BeautifulSoup.

Or might be able to do this with ai. I say this as someone that doesn’t use ai but you might be able to export your bookmarks to a text file and use that as input and ask the bot to find the text.

It’s important to remember that we all see ourselves in a distorted way, as we are living through our own experience. The marks we leave on others are hard for us to know. I’m sure there are more people that you have left a positive mark on that you will never know about. There is always time to make new ones. Possibly free popcorn!

I’m making an assumption here but I think its the new release in production. Might not be as stable as they are probably building it, might be working on fixes and adding or removing things.

If you are having issues playing a game you can visit https://www.protondb.com/ and search for your game. Here you will be able to find what versions of proton others are using. Look for people with similar setups and match the version of proton that works for them.

Steamtinkerlaunch is a program that has a ton of settings to help run games. The GUI is pretty bad but for what it is it does the job, just don’t scroll over anything on the right side as you can change settings you don’t mean to. Its a little confusing but the documentation is good.

I can only think of one thing that holds me back from a phone like a Nokia 3310, GPS map routes. Other than route planning and turn by turn everything else I could easily do without.

Maybe try an uninstall and reinstall.

Before you uninstall in Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Cookies and Site Data, clear all site data and cookies.

So its likely not your ISP or other site issues. Looks like in another comment you said it could be an add-on. Like debugging skyrim disable all addons and enable then one at a time till you find the problem. If you do find the problem you might want to check the addons git and report a bug if not already found.

Try a useragent switcher and spoof a different browser. See if its the sites you visit are throttling you for using FF. Worth a test.
