Even with Trump, the US military complex will just NOT let TSMC to be taken away from them.
But as soon as foundries are done and producing on US soil… then ya… pray for Taiwan, because US won’t have a good reason to risk direct conflict with China over that island.
Well these guys are the ones that invented it.
Flayra paved the way, did a big blurb about cutting out the middle man (publishers)
I paid $20 for Natural Selection 2 when it was in development, and had no regrets.

Well, that’s academic…
Again, when you are in the real world… how is irrelevant.
It doesn’t matter if you did your homework or did the same thing over and over again.
Sure, some people acquire the capability through repetition. But all that matters in the end is if you are capable or not.
So viewing homeworks as just about the artifact you submit is missing the point and short-sighted.
No, the point is to get an irrelevant piece of paper that in the end doesn’t actually indicate a persons capabilities.
The only thing the world gives a shit about:
CAN you do it? If you can, how long will it take and how much?
The how is irrelevant.
No. Nukes make up the reliable baseload 24h/day
Have you any idea how a modern day grid functions?
The only other thing that can provide a reliable baseload 24h/day is hydro, which in upon itself is high $$$ to implement and has its own environmental issues.
You should familiarize yourself with the complexities of grid management.

You know renewables aren’t even the same thing as nuclear right? renewables aren’t consistent and it’s currently not possible to store the renewables anywhere.
We already have over-capacity of renewables.
Spending money on more doesn’t help when there’s no where to put that energy.
It was my understanding that the hacker would need physical access to the machine in order to pull this off.
