Oh thank you Sony, I felt so endangered playing Horizon on PC before now
Oh thank you Sony, I felt so endangered playing Horizon on PC before now
I’m stuck with Facebook because of Messenger, but I’ve deleted everything else
Sounds like things are getting tense. I feel like this is just a negotiating tactic by Arm, but man it would sure be wild if they follow through beyond the 60 day notice period.
If you have any desire to make things or tinker, they’re fantastic. They’ll save you tons of time and possibly money also. I have a bunch of knickknacks and functional printed parts around my house now.
If that’s not your cup of tea though, you probably don’t have a good reason to buy one. It’s also a hobby and if you don’t plan to use it for more than printing the occasional spare part which you could otherwise just buy at a store, I don’t think it would justify the cost.
If it helps, my high school was ahead of the curve on 3D printer adoption. Someone on the staff must have been in-the-know and somehow managed to convince them that the $3,000 purchase was worth it.
I sure am glad that those prices have come way down since then.
3D printing came back at me hard. Getting to use the school printer in high school was cool and now that I’m an adult I’ve bought 3 of my own.
Oh thank you for saying this, I was doing my best to figure out what I had done wrong assuming it was an issue with my ROM.
Man I’m using LineageOS at the moment and multitasking sucks compared to stock OneUI. Samsung has that stuff figured out, and this is a clunky mess in comparison.
I bought an LG Wing on eBay for cheap after LG left the phone business. The intent was to upgrade from my previous phone. I managed to tolerate it for only a week before crawling back to my old phone.
I might be using it wrong, but One Note was king in college and still is for my D&D session notes now too. I never present them to anyone though.
Ok but like, the Linus Tech Tips merch 🔥 tho
I got it again unfortunately, here’s a screenshot of what it looks like
Looks like it didn’t work unfortunately 😞 Thank you for the suggestion though!
In comparison to things like Twitter and Reddit, Facebook has actually been the most difficult to completely abandon because of Messenger. All my friends use it, and an attempt at switching everyone to Signal didn’t manage to stick. I would delete my Facebook account right now if it were possible to separate the two services.
When it happens, it doesn’t let me do anything other than stay on the already loaded webpage without restarting.
Open a new tab > “Restart to continue…”
Click a link > “Restart to continue…”
Type a URL > “Restart to continue…”
and etc
Thanks! I had no idea this setting existed and it will make Firefox so much more practical for me to use.
I just wish Firefox updates weren’t so intrusive. Having it hit me with “Firefox updated in the background, restart to continue using Firefox” while I’m trying to use QuickBooks for my job is so disruptive when QuickBooks doesn’t save automatically and never opens back up to where I left it off. I won’t go back to Chrome, but I never had it pull that sort of forced restart on me.
Oh wow I saw this bumper sticker in the wild yesterday and I couldn’t tell what the image on the left was.
