But we tried everything BUT that.
Issaquah WA which is an affluent area east of Seattle.
I also lived in Los Angeles and some of these people take the carts pass the corral and all the way to their neighborhoods.
Nobody said the savings will trickle down to consumers. But best believe it will INCREASE if enough idiots do stupid things.
I countered your downvote with my lone upvote. Thanks for commenting.
We are not encouraged to carry our trash home because of “fines”. We do it because it’s the right thing to do if you can’t find a trash bin.
I have carried my trash for hours before I found a bin. It’s the norm to do that and we even have methods to carry it more effectively.
This is mostly an American thing. They/we tend to be more entitled and very selfish. Often making excuses for bad behavior with lines like “I’m keeping people employed”. No stupid, you’re increasing our groceries because of your selfishness.
Now I live in Taiwan and have visited many countries and found out that this is not the norm. Most people care about the community their live in and oftentimes put back their carts.
Another example of American entitlement. Americans often throw trash on the ground in parking lots because the trash cans are too far away or they can’t find one. Again the same excuses, “Keeping these people employed”.
In Taiwan(and Japan), if you can’t find a trash can, you take your trash home with you. You actually have a hard time finding a bin in public here. But our streets are typically very clean. Because we care about the community and the people here are less selfish.
Oh finally! I wanted a new launcher installed and have all ads removed. Now I can finally do it! Thanks for the news!!
I’m currently on my Fold 5. Started from Fold 2, 4 and then 5. My wife who is currently on 6.
In between I have used Pixels and iPhones.
The Fold is a productively monster. I can have up to 4 screens running simultaneously.
I can be on a zoom call and work on the slide the slide or PowerPoint at the same time. I can plug it into a monitor and a mouse and keyboard.
There is a price to pay for this innovation. It is constantly breaking. So I pay for the insurance. It’s totally worth it.
Stremio + real debrid. My 6 year old can navigate around on his own now.
They have a 3GB model that is close to 4o model
Story time: I’m in Taiwan and I have a white female friend who is here for college.
She went on a “date” with someone she met on an app and they met at some coffee shop. The dude turned out to be SUPER creepy and she cut the date short and left. The dude proceeds to online stalk her for months. She barely speaks Chinese and was scared to go to the police due to the language barrier and the stalking was all online. Also she doesn’t know the guy’s name and he had since deleted his profile from the dating app.
My wife and I convinced her to go to the police. She left with some print outs of the stalking emails and DMs just to file a report, not expecting much.
The police tried their hardest to communicate with her and spent the next 4 hours helping her. They found the guy using traffic light footage on the day of the date and was able to use CCTV footage and using his metro card at the subway. Within the day, they found him, visited him and gave him a warning.
Went to a strip club in Canada and they only accept 5s. They didn’t “make it rain” like the American strip clubs. They sorta throw it in when the girls do something special.
Don’t blame our gun problems on mental health. It’s much less complex than that. It’s just too easy to get a gun in America.
I’m just a product of a bad government.
I know this couple. They had a restaurant together. They employed people. They contributed to the community.
The pregnant mom was shot 4 times in their car by a random guy who just wanted to go to jail forever.
So yes, you’re right. We are not always catching stray shots. Sometimes it’s random murders in broad daylight.
I don’t need anything. Nobody needs anything except for water, food and shelter. But hear me out.
My last vehicle was purchased in 1999. It is a small 2 seater coupe with 2 tiny tiny seats in the back. I have replaced the engine 2 times and transmission once. Parts are now getting hard to come by and my family needs are growing. We like camping and each time we rent a vehicle. We are constantly trying to figure out how to move our things in my tiny car. It’s a chore to drive a small car with a family.
It’s 24 years and I feel like I have already done my part in reducing my carbon footprint.
So when looking for my next vehicle, I wanted a bigger vehicle to go camping and carry equipment to my kids practice.
I want reverse charging for my home, so my options are limited. Ford F150 and Cybertruck. Another selling point for the Cybertruck is that it’s bulletproof against handguns. That’s kinda nice knowing that if someone started shooting into my vehicle, we might survive.
I like the Rivan. The major gripe I have with it is the price. I can’t justify it over the Ford F150 lightning.
I had a down payment for a Cybertruck and I passed on it when my number was called even tho my son is in love with it and I need a new vehicle.
I put money where my mouth is. Fuck that guy
This guy fucks
