I seed content I get as much as I can to I2P. No data caps here so not really any downside. You do have to limit stuff a bit to not overwhelm your connection at some point

Currently I run Talos on a VM on scale. I went with Truecharts. The plan for me is to run it on bare metal at some point.
Welcome captains!
If it gets the wife approval you know you are on to something
You can choose a slower train for scale. Go for the stable release or even the enterprise release. Update once in a few months or so.
I went with Talos OS for my apps after the mess from IX-systems and for the most part it has been set and forget.
You can robably get about any server and make a NAS out of that.
Well the install comes with a load less crap pre-installed as well.
The only once that are harder to get from the official Microsoft website are Enterprise , IoT, LTSC versions. Which IMO are better then the standard home, pro, workstation etc. Also server ISOs are a bit harder to get from their.
Yes and the better option if you do want to use a Microsoft account. Just login to the apps like onedrive on the local account.
All files are official Microsoft ISO files. This has everything you need including explanation and instructions how you can verify its legitimize. and how to activate windows
To bypass the forced Microsoft account you can create a unattend file and pre configure the ISO to make a local account.
That is not entirely true. You can still get windows viruses true wine. And wine isn’t sandboxed.
I suggest using I2P and going to postman. If you go to the wish list. And suggest some music someone is likely to add it.
Yes but be aware it is not simple to manage properly and probably requires a team to manage it well.
I personally use Borg to do automatic backups.
I suggest cross seeding to I2P instead, I2P Is so much better then torrenting over the internet with or without VPN. Only issue is their is not as much content on I2P as the clear web.
Euh it is still to young IMO. And NOT user friendly, you pretty much need to self host or it is very centralized in the way it works. Which is partially due to it not having many users yet.
Wait what that’s a thing?.. A sad world we live in.
To simply running Kubernetes at least at home. Take a look at Talos OS. It is build for Kubernetes. But I totally agree it still isn’t for the faint of hard.
The real one is safe. But don’t go and download any random “KMS” activators.
I have been using a 1080TI for years on Linux. It works fine for the most part. If I am going to build a new system which I am planning to do. I would avoid it.
