Review bombing is an intentional attack (e.g. someone posts a story about a shitty restaurant owner and everyone on the internet starts leaving negative reviews for that restaurant even though they’ve never been there). Just getting negative reviews organically for being bad is not review bombing.

I was thinking visually. But even sound-wise I don’t think most people would hear a cello and think that’s a violin (even if they don’t know it’s a cello). But I’ve listened to a lot of Apocalyptica and 2Cellos, and I also grew up on cartoons that feature tubas frequently for comedic effect, so maybe I’m just biased.

I think non-musicians can tell a cello from a violin and a tuba from a trumpet.

I think that’s exactly the point. Anyone can use AI, but that doesn’t make then all artists. But there is a place for AI in art, like many other tools. Same as for other tools, jusy knowing how to use them doesn’t make you an artist. Just look at all the bad Photoshop stuff everywhere. Does that mean that using Photoshop makes you a talentless hack? Or just that a lot of hacks use it to pretend they’re artists? Same for AI.

Compared to what it takes to become a policeman in the US, it’s definitely a higher level of training. Hard to find a direct US equivalent.
