Buying a membership may go against the spirit of the post and the community, but Anna’s Archive is a very worthwhile cause and you get faster downloads without waiting.
If that’s not an option, they have torrents for chunks of their collection as far as I understand. Costs nothing but bandwidth and seeding helps keep the archive safe.
Always good to have options. People need to find whatever works for them.
I have similar issues with YouTube in Firefox on Windows. But I think my aging laptop might just be having trouble loading the script-riddled site more than anything.

What extra tendon?
I’m not familiar with different brands, but make sure you get braided cables at least. I’ve had a couple of those last me years.
Did you have an SSD? Was the game and DLC installed on said SSD? Do you have one now if you didn’t before? This may be the difference between 2 hours and only 1.
That’s fair. But people are busy/lazy/not interested. More downstream distros that require less customization or tweaking will always be there for those people.
As an example, why would I install Ubuntu and remove Snaps and go on a massive customization spree when Mint has already done half of the work for me? It makes it easier for me to just sit down and get started and that is what many users expect. Those that want to tinker or are more picky and want to have it just so can install whatever they want and customize as much as they want.
I also sometimes feel there are way too many unnecessary options, but they’re obviously not for me. The more choices, the better chances to find exactly what you’re looking for and that’s not a bad thing in my opinion.
Also FitGirl. Often she repacks DODI’s repacks, but makes them much smaller for those with slow connections or limited bandwidth.
In that case, I was wrong. I agree that they should have upgraded then.
Doubt they’ll have hall effect sensors. That would fix a problem that makes Nintendo money. Can’t have that.
Could you possibly spin up a Windows VM to configure your mouse? Could probably nuke the VM after you’re done too. Saves some money if it works at least.
That’s how it works in a perfect system, not on Twitter or other corpo social media. The algorithm pushes you down while lifting all the rage-inducing posts, because they drive engagement and your posts don’t.

There is Mint Debian Edition if you’re interested. Lacks some of the homegrown tools of the main edition last I checked, but it’s there for those who want it.
Mull is unmaintained. IronFox is the current fork.
