The examples you’ve described are sound design done poorly, which is the opposite of what I referred to.

Which is why I specified good soundtrack, not the concept of it in general. Visuals can also give away plot twists, when done wrong.

By that logic, characters’ clothing or shot background are ways to tell you how you should feel. Good soundtrack is a part of the media, not a forced reaction.

“The originator” associates in my mind with Chaos from the Hades games more than with Abrahamic God, which is arguably cooler.

I’m using yt-dlp. Its a command line app, but quite easy to use. It’s primary function is downloading entire videos, but it can rip out audio into various formats as well.

Edit: I’m apparently bad at reading, didn’t notice you’re looking for a phone app. NewPipe has has a video and audio download functions.

I’ve played like 50 hours of Factorio in 2 weeks, then it started feeling like a job. Not in a sense that it was a chore, but in a sense that I literally do this kind of automation and optimization at my job, and I enjoy the process.
