Like the inclusion of USB 4 and HDMI 2.1. 4k120hz is nice but it’s too bad the deck can’t currently support that. Might buy one just to have for a future deck 2 support of the high refresh rate 4k.

I was checking to see if anyone made any additional comments on the Hugh Jeffreys video and someone said they replaced the screen but kept the fingerprint sensor and it still worked fine. I believe replacing the battery with a 3rd party option should still have the device working fine.

Here’s an example that seems to have good reviews. Couldn’t find anything in the reviews that say the battery needed to be paired.

Unless it’s changed recently I still had to do that for whenever I used my iPhone. Couldn’t get audio to be a ringtone and had to run iTunes and do some conversion weirdness.

It’s saddening that most of the reasons the games won’t work on deck is due to anti cheat. Personally I’d love for destiny 2 to work on deck but I believe that they’re using more than just battle eye which is why they can’t just enable it for Linux.
