Definitely. It’s maybe also the taint of the megacorps that train them to then put sadistic system prompts into them before training it on the public

All right, I don’t want to dismiss how you feel or anything but so many people said this that they did experiments to see and it turns out that nah, overall, people thought mostly that the robot art was more human, and the effect comes from the knowledge of the painter. All things equal, emotional connections happen just as much (if not more) with generative art. That doesn’t surprise me honestly, it’s mimicking humans. And the rating of how likely it is to do so has guided it to the end product, so somehow, the humanity is embedded. It’s not something that feels great as I am an artist myself, but I accept science on this one.
Who do you think has paid artists throughout history?
(Patrons is the answer)
No?
Yes you can
I watched his videos way before the ai explosion and it seemed so far fetched and paranoid. Now, not so much
Lol nice interaction “you misunderstood idk what you just did have a good day”
Maybe, I don’t know what counts as fluent. But I am learning
I am telling you something Why are you so defensive? You’re entire argument implies that it is interesting that omitting a word can be understood
It’s not amazing for anyone to understand if you leave out an unnecessary word. It happens in all languages, even those not connected to civilization at large because humans intuitively understand. You don’t need to explain how you immerse yourself in language or anything, it’s impossible to misunderstand the omission of an unnecessary word
It’s not intuitive if you don’t know several languages that some things in language are just how any human communicate, such as skipping words and stuff.

No, actually it’s not even tickling any resemblance of confusion
They are already used in medicine reliably. Often. Welcome to the future. Computers are pretty good tools for many things actually.

Well the reason it is like this, is because the lawyers that get to decide are “only doing their job” and can blame the policy. The ones responsible for policy are just slaves to the megacorp automaton machine that continues to not regard morals or ethics or laws in its hunger for profit. The one responsible for this mess is a machine where you can replace any or even all individuals and it will still continue to globally absorb value and eat anyone in its way. We nurture and cheer these machines on because they give us “profit” when in fact it gives only some profits to specific people that hoard it in Panama. I am very against these entities of destruction, but targeting any individual human is never going to help, and we probably can’t stop them without actually using politics. Except all available options in politics all want to and are praised for nurturing these entities because they bring illusory cash flow to the region
Just it might help to know about the experiments, I don’t know how to interpret it except I’m not on board with just calling generated art less human or enjoyable just as an art form itself (in general that is)
