I just tune ads out. I got ADHD, so it’s really easy for me to get distracted and completely tune things out. It’s useful in some situations, but mostly sucks lmao.

I use ad breaks in vids to answer texts/emails or take a piss or whatever. Intrusive ads that take up entire pages on a site are the worst tho. Those can fuck off.

I can deal with ad when watching TV or YouTube. But ads in the car, even while stopped, is just begging for someone to get killed. Will never even consider getting a jeep. I’m probably gonna have to get a new car in a couple of years and I want something new, but dumb. I want as little smart shit as possible, which is probably not going to be a thing.

The fun part about this is that every time I’ve had to call a vendor about proprietary software, the techs helping me ARE the devs. 💀

I don’t code, but I do work with a lot of really shitty proprietary software. The amount of time vendors haven’t been able to fix their own shit is so high. Spent 6 hours on the phone once. Work 2.5 hours overtime for that call.

Once you have prism launcher linked to your account associated with Minecraft, you can just download modpacks straight from the launcher. If you’re gonna play handheld like on a non-docked Steamdeck, you’ll need to add a mod for controller support

Prism launcher is great for modded Minecraft on the Steamdeck. Combine that with a tailscale connection and you can have a shared world with a friend from however far away for free. 10/10 would recommend.

My beagle hates it when I do laundry or if my goldendoodle gets perfume at the groomer. Everything MUST be stinky according to the beagle. He does his best to make everything have his hound smell by rubbing all over everything and everyone. I’d be mad if he wasn’t so damn cute when he does it. He makes dumb little noises and gives me side eye as he wiggles around like a doofus

I had a cat that was not an asshole. But he was severely disabled. Bad brain damage, nearly blind, digestive issues, and a heart murmur that turned into heart failure.

Lil dude was too dumb and fragile to be anything but the best cat in the world. The only thing he did that annoyed me, was stealing slices of pizza, eating the cheese off of them, then putting the soggy slice where he knew I’d step on it. It was too funny for me to be actually mad.

He had a great 8 years and knew nothing but complete adoration from literally everyone he met.

I have two brown tabbys and they’re on both ends of the brown tabby spectrum. One is fat and angry but lazy and the other is slender and ornery and always wrecking my stuff.

I don’t mind the music, but I do mind domestic disputes. The house beside mine is a rental and all of the tenants that have been there since I’ve moved in have been the worst. Trashy and constant domestic disputes and leaving their kids and dogs to just roam. I think the latest people got evicted because I haven’t seen them or their dog for a really long time. It’s been nice and quiet since they disappeared and I love it lol.

I can hear people have a normal conversation on the street from inside my house. The walls are thin enough to let in and out all sound, but thick enough to keep in the heat in winter.

I have a hard time with analog clocks because my brain scrambles shit up and I get really confused. Like, even the hands seem weird when your brain flips the numbers around

This hits so hard rn. Woke up and immediately started puking everywhere. Called off work and went to go get light food and locked myself out of the house. Currently sitting in the shade wait for my mom to show up with the spare key. Fml

Because the call started off with him talking normally. I’ve spoken to him a bunch before today.
